Investment appraisal & Financial bid submission having strong analytical skills including Financial Modelling, Valuation (DCF, Relative Valuation) etc. Ability to lead commercial and financial due diligence of M&A/PE and Structured Debt/ Mezzanine transactions. Ability to in-depth examine target entities’ financials, financing documents, project concession agreements etc. Preparation of investment and financing documents including stakeholder’s presentations, Information Memo. Assistance in execution of binding agreements, negotiations/ deal closure.
 

Qualification-: CA / MBA (Finance)

 Experience-: 8-12 Years of Experience
