Zycus is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to empower our Business Development and Sales teams. In this role, you’ll provide the tools, content, and training they need to effectively sell Zycus' suite of innovative SaaS-based procurement solutions. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and other key stakeholders to drive productivity, streamline onboarding, and boost sales effectiveness.Key Responsibilities New Hire Training & Onboarding: Design and implement onboarding programs for new hires in Sales and Pre-Sales teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to succeed. Tech-Driven Enablement: Manage and deploy sales enablement platforms, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), content management (Showpad, Seismic), revenue forecasting (Clari), conversational AI (Gong, Chorus), and demo automation (Consensus). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver enablement programs that enhance sales skills and drive productivity. Product Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Zycus' products, ensuring the sales team has in-depth product knowledge to convey value to potential clients. Learning Programs: Create learning and development programs that focus on “what to sell” and “how to sell,” driving consistent sales performance. Sales Performance: Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to meet revenue and sales targets while ensuring optimal performance.
