Key Responsibilities:

Inbound and Outbound Communication: Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls, text messages, and emails, providing accurate information and addressing customer inquiries with confidence. Handle outbound contacts as necessary.Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our service department, ensuring all customer needs and preferences are met.Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for most customers, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.Multi-tasking: Use multiple computer software and websites simultaneously to assist customers and manage appointments.Team Collaboration: Work efficiently in a true team setting, communicating effectively with peers, supervisors, and management.Attention to Detail: Maintain strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency to assist customers promptly and follow through with tasks.Positive Attitude: Exhibit a positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality. Come to work prepared, on time, and ready for your scheduled shift.

Requirements:
