Business at BMW of Ramsey is better than ever, and we need additional Sales BDC/Appointment Schedulers for our Sales Department to help us keep up with increasing demand to fulfill our customers’ needs.   As a Sales BDC Administrator, you will respond to communicate with our current and prospective customers via email and phone. Ideal candidates will be polished, professional, energetic, sales-minded and customer-focused. You must be able to handle heavy call volume and possess the ability to get customers in the door while maintaining outstanding phone etiquette. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential skills. Dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

What will you be doing?

Outbound and inbound customer phone calls.Respond via email and phone to Internet LeadsDetermine each customer's needs by asking the correct questionsSet appointments for sales team and follow up to confirmEnsure a positive customer experienceIntroduce customers to sales teamEnter customer information into CRM
