Tom Wood Volkswagen, in Indianapolis, IN is looking for a BDC and Reception Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring their excellent phone skills, personable demeanor, hospitable attitude, and will contribute to creating a positive and transparent buying experience for our valued guests.  

Schedule: 4-day weekday schedule supporting our BDC specialist role, PLUS Saturday supporting our Reception Specialist role 

Salary:      $18 per hour plus tiered bonus structure 

BDC Responsibilities: 

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.Schedule appointments for sales and service departments.Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction.Maintain accurate records in our customer database.

Receptionist Responsibilities: 

Greet customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support dealership operations.

 

Qualifications:  

Professional with excellent communication and customer service skills with friendly and personable demeanorExceptional phone etiquette and active listening abilitiesHas strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-taskMaintains a high level of customer service; always being positive and outgoingTeam-oriented and flexible; willing to learnHas strong computer and internet skills; including Microsoft Office Previous sales experience, a plus!Enthusiastic and motivated team playerRequired-valid driver’s license, with clean record
