We are actively pursuing BDC Representatives to hire in our Service Department. Our dealership has received multiple awards such as the Pinnacle Award from Cadillac. Working as our BDC Representative, it would be your job to identify, develop, and track potential leads for our Service Department. The ideal candidate would have prior experience as a BDC Representative and would be extremely reliable.

 

BDC Representative Job Responsibilities

Scheduling customers into our online system. Dispatching roadside assistance. Delivering world-class customer service in a fast-paced work environment. Proactive outbound service scheduling. Answering the phone and email correspondence.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday
