BDC RV Specialist

The ideal candidate must have a pleasant and outgoing personality, be a creative thinker and problem solver, work well under pressure, and have flexibility to work weekends. Must be customer service oriented, have great communication skills, and always maintain a professional image. The primary duties and responsibilities for this position include the following but others can be assigned as needed:

Contacting and communicating with customers to identify RV needs Pursue all avenues to generate sales Assist customers through the entire buying experience via telephone or email Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and current clients Know our product as well as the competition Ability to build value in our product Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and current clients Complete daily tasks set forth by upper Management Assist the Communications Department as needed Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers Work closely with our Sales Professionals
