Responsibilities for a BDC Representative

Essential phone and computer skillsMust be available to work Saturdays until 6 PM.Prior Automotive Dealership Experience helpfulPrevious customer service and or business experienceBeing a team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.Strong interpersonal communication skills, including presenting information clearly and professionally.Be comfortable communicating in person and over the phone.Basic computer skills, including the ability to type accurately and efficiently.
