Our BDC Sales Representative should be passionate and excited to enjoy working in a fast-pace environment with a great team of associates.

 

What we need...

A Professional that will handle inbound leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contactContact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyaltyDevelop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referralsWork with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniquesResearch and stay current in consumer and industry trendsCommunicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employeesOutstanding Customer Service

You need…

1 Year Sales Experience (in the automotive industry) preferred.Auto Dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is a plus.Good Phone skillsA Professional AppearanceA Positive and Friendly AttitudeInterpersonal Communication SkillsComputer Skills, Microsoft Office and CRM Experience PreferredCollege Degree Preferred Not RequiredHigh School Diploma or EquivalentMust have a Valid Driver’s License
