Ron Tonkin Honda is looking for someone with great phone etiquette and would like to set themselves up for a long-term career. We are looking to add a BDC Service Representative to our team. This position is going to be a lot of work on the phones, both inbound and outbound calling. Prior automotive experience is a plus but other experiences such as reception or high-volume call centers transfer well. The ideal candidate is going to be extremely reliable and would have a great phone voice.

Answer inbound calls. Help with scheduling services that need to be done on our guests’ vehicles. Confirm appointments with guests. Make outbound calls for scheduling appointments
