Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team. This role requires exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills to manage a variety of responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have prior sales support experience, a solid understanding of sales processes, and the ability to learn quickly through hands-on training.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Maintain and assign leads to the sales team, including prospecting for new leads.Lead Flow Management: Oversee the flow of incoming leads to ensure timely follow-up.Sales Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive sales reports.Data Analysis: Analyze lead data conversion rates, cost of leads, and other key metrics.Cross-Department Collaboration: Act as a liaison with other departments to enhance sales processes.Essential Skills:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, account management, and sales support.Proficiency in sales administration and Salesforce.com.Strong attention to detail and intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Skilled in online research and data analysis.Prior experience in sales support, including reporting, lead tracking, and list management.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with ACT!, Goldmine, Salesforce.com, or other SFA tools.Bilingual abilities are a plus.Work Environment: This is a field-based role located in Chicago, IL. You will spend 4-5 days a week conducting surveys to gauge interest in an innovative package drop-off program. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking initiative for our clients' Pickups and Returns, with a high likelihood of contract extension for up to two years.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
