As the Manager of a diverse and hardworking team of Combustion Device engineering team, you will set technical direction and train team members to support current and future program needs. Also support In House and Supplier activities in the design and fabrication of the Thrust Chambers Assemblies, Nozzles, Main Combustion Chambers and Nozzle Return Lines for our BE-4 Vulcan and New Glenn customers. This includes leading and promoting opportunities to realize Process Improvement and development activities in for all phases of the TCA life cycle that will support delivery of our product at rate. You will be responsible for the complete employee experience including hiring, performance management, training and providing tools for career development. You will help to improve technical processes and tool development around focused areas of engines test planning, execution, and engine development cycles as well as provide day to day direction. This role is an integral part of the Blue Origin BE-4 Program where our focus is the design, development, manufacturing and testing of engines and propulsion systems. Built for multiple uses, our family of engines is powering the next generation of rockets for commercial, civil and national security.
In addition to people manager responsibilities, you will provide direct technical support to a program in all phases of the component life cycle. You will contribute to and lead component design, manufacturing, test support, perform data reviews and Test Readiness Reviews, support anomaly investigations and root cause analysis to drive corrective actions and hardware improvements.

Qualifications:
