Sea Colony Recreational is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Full-time Beach Lifeguard. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays if necessary.   Key Responsibilities of the Beach Lifeguard: Supervises and observes swimmers at all times to ensure their safety. Administers first aid to minor injuries such as small cuts and bruises of swimmers. Enforces the rules of conduct. Checks the first aid supplies and reports needed items to management in a timely fashion. Maintains all necessary records determined by the department manager. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Minimum Qualifications for the Lifeguard: Must pass a Run and swim test. Must have Red Cross Lifeguarding before first day of work. Must pass EMR/First Responder certification (offered after hired).

Other Qualifications:

Regular and reliable attendance. Knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and applicable health codes.
