JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for dedicated Beach Maintenance Staff to join our team.  A Beach Maintenance Staff will work under the direct supervision of the Beach Maintenace Supervisor, provide general assistance in support of assigned operations including, but not limited to: general manual labor; clean and perform routine maintenance of main beach and lagoon beach area to create a professional and safe environment to our guest.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Clean entire main beach and lagoon rental area. Collect and remove trash that accumulate on Jetty and beach. Collect and remove sharp objects. Rake and pile seagrass on beach. Load seagrass into machinery. Polish essential areas of main beach.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Primary school level of reading and writing ability in the English language required. Have at least (2) two years of experience. Physically fix to perform duties. Excellent work history and attendance record preferred. Able to establish and maintain effective working relationship. Able to read and follow written and oral instruction. Able to significant stand, walking, carrying, bending, and digging. Ability to perform strenuous work vary, especially on start and end of each ship day.
