The position requires the ability to complete complex financial and demand analysis, work cross functionally and with local teams in region, develop and execute business strategies, and recommend and present business updates to executive leaders. DescriptionDescriptionAs a manager on the Worldwide Sales Finance team, you will support our global Sales organization to help drive the global Beats, Accessories & Home business. In this role, your team will support demand forecasting that spans from current quarter to long range business and supply planning. Additionally, you will lead demand generation, including forward-looking strategic planning, immediate business case reviews, and excess supply consumption. You will also provide analytical support to the weekly sales operating cadence, establishing reporting and models to evaluate performance and respond to ad hoc requests. The position requires close partnership and collaboration across WW Supply & Demand Planning, Product Marketing Finance, Sales, FP&A, and local finance & sales teams across the world to navigate the business forward and provide executive updates. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $132,400 and $198,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
