  Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly Hire and train Salon Consultants to help achieve salon goals Maintain a positive, fun, and professional salon environment for your employees and clients Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items Maintain a clean and organized salon Cash handling, opening/closing business Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking Qualifications:
  High school diploma, or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance Reliable transportation Open availability  Compensation: Combined total is about $23-$28 hourly / ($21 per hour plus commission and bonuses)
