El programa de becarios en Dupont México tiene como objetivo atraer los mejores talentos, con el objetivo de apoyarlos en su desarrollo profesional, la adquisición de habilidades y conocimientos técnicos en nuestros diversos negocios dentro de la industria. Actualmente DuPont en la Ciudad de México está buscando Estudiantes Universitarios para ingresar al Programa de Becarios en el area de Compras.

Tus principales responsabilidades serán/harás lo siguiente:​

Desarrollo, selección y evaluación de proveedores en términos de calidad, servicio, costo y capacidad.Participar en el desarrollo de Estrategias de Compras.Seguimiento de contratos, manejo de situaciones y soluciones a problemas operativos.Actividad transaccional dentro de los sistemas internos (contratos, pedidos, catálogos).Apoyo a Compradores Estratégicos, Clientes Internos y líderes de área.Cumplimiento de Programas y Políticas de Seguridad requeridas por DuPont.Cumplimiento de Controles Internos establecidos por la Organización.Generar y dar seguimiento a solicitudes de registro de proveedores.   

Requisitos:​

Ser alumno de las carreras de Administración de empresas, Comercio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales o carreras similares (con fecha de graduación entre Junio de 2026 y Junio 2027)Nivel intermedio demostrable de inglés (habilidades escritas, leídas, habladas y escuchadas).Manejo de las herramientas de Office. (Excel Avanzado / Power BI/ Word / Power Point).Flexibilidad/adaptabilidad en un entorno de equipo dinámico y acelerado. Habilidades de trabajo en equipo.Habilidades de comunicación efectiva.Servicio al cliente orientado a la satisfacción.Organizado.Habilidad de análisis y síntesis.
