The Demand Planning Intern will provide key support in updating reports and assisting with the maintenance of master data in the system. The intern will work closely with the Demand Analyst team to streamline processes, improve data quality, and contribute to the efficient management of demand analytics process.

Key responsibilities

- Assist in the creation, maintenance, and updating of weekly, monthly, and quarterly demand planning reports.
- Assist in data visualization and presentation of demand trends for team review.
- Perform routine data cleansing and ensure consistency across different datasets.
- Ensure correct integration of master data between systems
- Work closely with the Demand Analyst team to understand reporting requirements and master data needs.
- Identify and suggest improvements to report generation, data entry, and master data management processes.
- Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for updating reports.

Qualifications and skills

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics). 

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of demand planning and supply chain concepts is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
