We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a **Beginner Sewing Machine Operator** in Winthrop, Maine. **You do not need experience; we will train you.** As a **Beginner Sewing Machine Operator** , you will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines. You will work with a team to produce high-quality products that meet company standards and specifications. We will train you to handle complex stitching techniques and the ability to maintain a consistent production pace. **Salary:** $17- $17.50 per hour **Schedule:** 5am-1:30pm, Monday through Friday **Key Responsibilities:** · Follow technical specifications, and production schedules. **We will train you to do all of this** . · Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards for stitching, alignment, and overall finish. · Measure, cut, and prepare materials for stitching. · Collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency and product quality. · Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment. **Qualifications:** · We prefer experience in a manufacturing setting, but it is not required · High attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work. · Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. · Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining quality standards. · Strong communication and teamwork skills. · Ability to lift and handle materials as needed. **What we offer:** · Opportunities for career advancement and skill development. · Weekly pay · Positive and supportive work environment.
