Scope of Work
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst will report to the BCBA Supervisor at Beaumont Health- TED Lindsay Foundation Hope Center. The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst shall be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments and subsequently designing behavior analytic interventions for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst will supervise Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts and/or Registered Behavior Technicians in the implementation of such behavior analytic interventions.
The Behavior Analyst will primarily be working directly with parents and caregivers of children with a suspected diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, providing evidenced based parent mediated intervention services.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess a master’s degree.1 to 3 years’ experience working as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (preferred).Candidate must be certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst; if/when Michigan offers licensure for behavior analysts; candidates will be required to hold Michigan license as a behavior analyst.Thorough understanding of principals of behavior analysis.Familiarity with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilitiesHow Corewell Health cares for youComprehensive benefits package to meet your financial, health, and work/life balance goals.
