The Behavior Specialist reports directly to a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and will be based in our Gloucester location and provides clinical support to the group homes located in the region.

 

Salary: $46000-$51000

 

What we look for in YOU:

Assist BCBA with the assessment and treatment of challenging behaviorsConsultation on ISP Plan Goals/Objectives, as well as environmental supports Training, oversight, and monitoring of direct support professionals with respect to behavioral support and therapeutic interactionsData collection and inputting data into excel databaseInput notes regarding behavioral servicesProvide specific number of hours of services per consumer in required settings per weekConduct observations and integrity assessments of BCBA's current BSP per Individual

Qualifications

You'd make a great Behavior Specialist if you have:

Bachelor's in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) CertificationAt least 2 years providing behavior support to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or Intellectually / Developmentally Disabled clientsSolid interpersonal skills required to work as an effective member of an interdisciplinary teamDemonstrated experience and skills in presentationsDemonstrated effective verbal and written communication experience
