Earn: $36.30/Hour

 

The Behavior Specialist provides direct behavioral support to adults with autism in their homes and community settings. Key responsibilities include:

Conducting one-on-one behavioral observations and assessments Developing strategies based on assessment findings Creating individualized Behavior Support Plans Training and mentoring support staff as needed, under the clinical supervision of a master's-level human services professional or related field specialist

This role also ensures the effective creation, implementation, and documentation of Behavior Support Plans in alignment with each individual’s Support Plan.
