Behavior Technician - ABA SERVICES
Fee For Service: $25/hr.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Implement, model and monitor progress of Individualized Behavior Support Plan Teach skills to increase independence based on data analysis under the supervision of BCBA concentrating on social skills, communication and behavioral support Work both collaboratively and independently with team members especially caregivers Assist in training caregivers who implement plans with youth and families on the Principles of Applied Behavior AnalysisMinimum Qualifications: (Please read carefully)
BA in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Special Education or human service-related field OR Associate's degree and a minimum of two (2) years relevant direct experience with families and youth with serious emotional and behavioral challenges and autism, OR At least one (3) year experience utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis in a therapeutic setting Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
