Your Role
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using proven methods to encourage independence and positive behaviors.
- Be an important part of our clinical team, directly helping with skill-building and care plans.
- Accurately record session data on electronic devices.
- Create a positive learning environment for clients and build strong connections with families.
- Work with families and providers to improve treatment outcomes.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Eagerness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
- Patience, compassion, and a calm attitude in tough situations.

Important Information:
- Services are provided at clients' homes or community locations.
- All roles start as part-time.
- You must complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
- A minimum 6-month commitment is required.
