Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Behavior Technician (Outreach) for the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP). The Behavior Technician implements a variety of behavior analytic strategies to support successful outcomes for children with autism across the areas of skill acquisition and/or behavior reduction in home-based settings..

Among the key duties of this position are the following: Collects, interprets and, with oversight from the board certified behavior analyst (BCBA), analyzes behavioral data. Contributes to the development of behavior analytic instructional programming under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst.
