Salary: $21 - $24 / per hour

The Behavior Technician works one-on-one with children with Autistic Disorder (AD), Pervasive Developmental Disorder Not Otherwise Specified (PDDNOS), Asperger’s Disorder (AS) and Childhood Disintegrative Disorder (CDD). The implement the Behavior Plan (BP) designed and maintained by a Program Supervisor and gather quantifiable data necessary for the Program Supervisor to evaluate the effectiveness of the BP in achieving identified goals and objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Follows the instructions of the BCBA/program supervisorProvides behavior assistance/interventions to assigned clientsProvides behavior support servicesProvides crisis interventionImplements behavior plansDocuments session per policies and proceduresPerforms other duties as assigned/necessary
