Responsibilities:Provide one-to-one-behavior intervention services to individuals with behavioral challenges Provides/assists with daily program activities in the areas of self-help, communication, social, cognitive, motor and behavior and crisis intervention Assist client with personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, preparation and feeding of meals, dressing and undressing, ambulation and other activities as needed Collect and document data of the behaviors and goals outlined in the Behavior Support PlanQualifications: Passion for working with individuals with special needs High school diploma or GED equivalentPrevious experience working in an educational or healthcare setting preferredAt least one year of experience working with children/adults with special needs who display challenging or aggressive behaviorsMust be at least 18 years of age. Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience preferredCPI Certification preferred*Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
