RBT/Registered Behavior Technician / Behavior Assistant/ABA Job Summary: ABA Behavior Assistant (Applied Behavior Analysis – ABA) to provide in-home services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and/or emotional and behavioral issues. ABA Behavior Assistant manage a caseload of clients to be seen in their homes and are supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Supervision meets the requirements of the BACB and may be used towards BCBA or BCaBA certification. Most clients are seen before or after school, although there are opportunities for Behavior Assistants to work during school hours. RBT/Registered Behavior Technician - Behavior Therapist: Job Requirements: Bachelors Degree At least 1 year of experience working with children diagnosed with special needs.
