Overview
GCS formed from a vision, helping families and clients become more successful in their homes and the community. In 2007 services started and in 2016 GCS become its own LLC. We provide community based services as well as an ABA clinic for children and adolescents using behavior modification techniques. Genesee Community Services works with families to build a healthy, safe, and productive home environment for the children we serve, where possibilities and potential are endless.
What will a Behavior Technician do?
- Coach, model and support clients using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Provide 1:1 treatment outlined in their individualized plan in clients homes
- Work on social skills, self-care, motor skills, learning and academic skills and more!

We look for individuals who:
- Can work independently
- Are accountable
- Ability to have fun, engage and interact with children and adolescents
- Have had a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years, reliable transportation, and Proof of Auto Insurance (a must have if providing in-home services)
- Have a GED/HS diploma
- ABA experience preferred but not required
