Come join our team at Genesee Community Services. Spend your days doing meaningful work and help kids with Autism and other mental health or developmental disabilities learn and grow.

We work with clients not only in their homes and community but now have a center based ABA program working with clients 18 months to 5 years old (located in Brookfield) 

What will you do?

Coach, model and support clientsProvide 1:1 treatment outlined in their individualized planWork on social skills, self-care, motor skills, learning and academic skills and more!

We look for individuals who:

Can work independentlyAre accountableHave had a valid driver’s license for at least 3 yearsReliable transportation and proof of auto insurance

What will you do?

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a health service field preferred (i.e. psychology, sociology, counseling, etc)2000 hours of documented experience with children and/or adults with special needsValid driver’s license for at least 3 years, valid car insurance, and reliable transportation
