Job Summary
This position includes dual responsibilities as a Behavioral Care Therapist and Training Supervisor for the Behavioral Care department. The role involves providing therapeutic services to clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. The position also provides clinical supervision to training-licensed therapists and interns, monitors compliance with documentation and regulations, and develops training programs to enhance clinical competencies. This balance ensures both client care and program success of Prevea’s Behavioral Care program.

5-7 years experience as a LCSW, LMFT or LPC Required 1-3 years Previous supervisory experience OR training in supervising per Wisconsin statutes RequiredSkills and Abilities

Wisconsin licensed as a psychologist, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, professional counselor, or psychiatric nurse.
