Behavior Caregivers at Maxim Healthcare Services provide support and caregiving needs for children and adults with developmental delays and/or challenging behaviors. Behavior Caregivers work closely with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement the behavioral care plan and keep track of the clients’ progress through each session. This care plan will improve the clients' interaction, socialization, and continuation of daily routines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent requiredCurrent in-person CPR/ First Aid certification for Adult & Children (or willing to get)Updated TB test within past 90 days (or willing to get) Must be at least 18 years of ageOne year of experience working with individuals with disabilities, including individuals with severe or challenging behaviors
