Behavioral Healthcare Case Managers

Pawtucket or West Warwick Locations DAYS and EVENING schedules available Pawtucket Location — Crisis Stabilization Unit West Warwick Location — Group Home Setting Contract position with EXTENSIONS offered

The Non-Clinical Case Manager coordinates referrals, serviceplanning, and client documentation for designated caseload(s).

Minimum Requirements:

Professional License in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services,or Social Services preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, orSocial Services fields preferred Experience in Case Management, Behavioral Sciences, HumanServices or Social Services preferred Current CPR if applicable Must be at least 18 years of age
