The Behavioral Health Care Management Supervisor will report to the Clinical Case Management Team and will work in close partnership with the ABHNJ Behavioral Health Medical Director, Behavioral Health Administrator, CMO, Quality Director and all matrixed growth partners to effectively manage behavioral health benefits and care. **Required Qualifications** + Must reside in New Jersey + Must have one of the following active unrestricted NJ State Licensure; APRN, LCSW, or LPC + 3+ years' experience as an APRN, LCSW, or LCP + 3+ years' experience working for a Managed Care Organization + 3+ years Behavioral Health experience + 2+ years of experience with personal computers, keyboards and multi-system navigation, and MS Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.) + Willing and able to travel up to 10% of their time using your own vehicle for meetings and to support staff as needed anywhere in the state of New Jersey **Preferred Qualifications** + Bilingual preferred + 2+ years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience + Experience working with SUD + Advanced knowledge of medical terminology + Advanced collaboration and teamwork skills + Advanced growth mindset skills (agility and developing yourself and others) + Advanced skills in execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) + Ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate option + Advanced digital literacy skills + Advanced problem solving and decision-making skills Education + Master's degree required **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $96,408.00 - $207,648.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
