Responsibilities
CHI St. Alexius is looking for a Part Time Clinic RN to help at our Archway Clinic.
The Clinic RN works under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individual patient care in the clinic according to policies and procedures while maintaining standards of the state Nurse Practice Act. The nurse assists physicians and nurse practitioners in clinical duties to ensure patients and families receive the highest quality care and knowledge promoting patient wellness.

Utilizes the nursing process to promote optimal patient outcomes.Meets the educational needs of patient/family/co-workers utilizing principles of teaching/learningProvides documentation of patient care in medical recordPerforms vital sign assessmentsCompletes medication reconciliation for patientsCompletes nursing assessment for patientsAssists patients and physicians with medication refill processes.Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure: License to practice as a registered nurse in the state of North Dakota
Experience: Minimum one year hospital experience or clinical nursing experience in psychiatry preferred.
Skills: Working knowledge of basic clinical skills in delivery of patient care. Able to perform effectively in emergency and stressful situations and completes nonviolent crisis intervention course within six (6) months of employment.
