GENERAL OVERVIEW:

Provide assessment; individual, family and group psychotherapy to patients. Provide clinical supervision to master's prepared therapists and trainees. Maintain quality assurance standards and effective record keeping procedures.                                       

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides counseling services to Outpatient, EAP and IOP clients including individual, family and group counseling. (55%)Provide clinical supervision to master's prepared therapists and trainees. Provide individual and group therapy to Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient clients. (5%)Provides, coordinates and supervises documentation, training, education and clinical services to the child services therapists. (10%)Maintains program standards related to state, federal, corporate and other accreditation requirements for provision of clinical services. (2.5%)Integrates performance improvement principles into all aspects of job responsibilities.  Integrates Core Behaviors into all aspects of job responsibilities. (2.5%)Complete intake process for new program participants; provide individual and group therapy to IOP patients. (15%)Maintains program standards related to state, federal, corporate and other accreditation requirements for provision Review charts and documentation for auditing purposes. (5%)Supervise and coordinate IOP program, including supervision of IOP therapists. Manage daily activities of the IOP program. (5%)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum

Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology2-3 years experience supervising counseling servicesSocial Work license
