Responsible for providing psychotherapeutic services to military Veterans and their family members, including individual, marital, family and group treatment. 


Principal Accountabilities:


1. Develops written individual recovery plans.
2. Engages to enhance functioning, effective coping, illness management, self-management, wellness and quality of life. 
3. Partners with patient's family, peers, para-professionals and professionals in supporting, monitoring and stabilizing consumers in the community. 
4. Participates in community events, human service meetings as appropriate or mandated.
5. Provides case management services.
6. Develops and maintains rich collaborative working relationships with community resources for military veterans, service providers, and agencies. 
7. Maintains timely and complete chart documentation.
8. Performs other related duties as assigned.
