Provide psychotherapeutic services including individual, family and group treatment for children and adolescents. + Conduct initial biopsychosocial assessments for pediatric aged patients seeking behavioral health services. + Along with patient, and potential parent/guardian, develop treatment plans, including clear problem statement, treatment goal(s),with measurable, relevant objectives for a range of behavioral health concerns. + Able to provide individual, group, and family therapy services. + Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation records. + Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. + Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current on best practices in the field of behavioral health. + Advocate for patients and assist them in accessing community resources. + complete all mandatory AHS trainings and competencies as assigned. Qualifications- + MA degree in Social work, Psychology or Counseling + LSW with approved Plan of Supervision Required.
