Behavioral Health Clinician

Provide psychotherapeutic services including individual, family and group treatment for children and adolescents.  

Conduct initial biopsychosocial assessments for pediatric aged patients seeking behavioral health services. Along with patient, and potential parent/guardian, develop treatment plans, including clear problem statement, treatment goal(s),with measurable, relevant objectives for a range of behavioral health concerns. Able to provide individual, group, and family therapy services. Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation records. Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current on best practices in the field of behavioral health. Advocate for patients and assist them in accessing community resources. complete all mandatory AHS trainings and competencies as assigned.
