Job Summary: Manages a caseload of patients with psychiatric diagnoses and their families as part of an interdisciplinary team; contributes to the overall program by facilitating individual, group, and family meetings; leads groups; makes managed care calls; and establishes patient/discharge planning. Job Requirements: (education and experience/preferred and required) + A Master’s degree required. + Current Maine Social Worker/Clinician license required. LCSW, LMSW-CC, LCPC-C, LCPC, or LADC required + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-stress situations. + Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training is preferred or obtained before completion of orientation.
