The Palliative care social worker applies knowledge of psychosocial care in support of palliative-focused quality improvement initiatives. *Education* Master’s Degree in Social Work *Experience* Previous experience in a healthcare setting Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a hospital, hospice or long-term facility *Licensure, Certification, Registration* LCSW Palliative and Hospice Certification *Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements * Comfort with end of life discussions and goals of care discussions. Public speaking and group facilitation. Microsoft Office products including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access. EPIC lists and reports.
