We are seeking part and full time, experienced Licensed Behavioral Health Clinicians (both LICSW and LCMHC) to provide behavioral health services to Level 1 referred patients in an integrated, primary care setting. The Behavioral Health Clinicians are considered a part of the primary care clinical team. Clinicians must be comfortable with: + Independently assessing individuals with behavioral health needs and/or substance misuse issues; + Developing treatment plans/interventions for individuals with mild to moderate mental health issues; + Interfacing with medication management professionals as needed; + Providing thorough communication to the primary care physician. This opportunity offers some flexibility and and may be able to include remote clinical work for a portion of the workweek after 90 days. At present there are no evening or weekend hours. Competitive compensation is offered. Position Qualifications: + Master’s in Social Work from an accredited college/university; + Currently Licensed in NH as an LICSW or LCMHC; + CPR certified; + Previous EHR experience preferred (including ability to document in electronic medical record); + Minimum 2 years’ mental health counseling experience in health care setting.
