Don't miss out on this exciting chance to join a passionate team and take your career to the next level! ***Key Responsibilities*** + Collaborate with Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) as part of the medical team in the primary care environment + Provide routine consultations with providers and brief 15-30 minute assessments and interventions with patients referred from PCPs for same-day warm hand-offs and follow-up care + Administer evidence-based interventions to promote positive health behaviors for overall health and address immediate needs related to psychological health + Assess patient safety and screen for behavioral health disorders + Provide clear and concise feedback to providers, describing action plans and establishing plans for follow-up + Facilitate integrated patient care by working collaboratively with medical teams + Educate medical teams on identification and treatment of behavioral health concerns + Support referrals to specialty mental health services as needed + Promote positive working relationships between medical partners and Burrell Behavioral Health Qualifications: + Must possess at least a Master’s degree in a Human Services field. + Must be licensed in Missouri as a Professional Counselor (LPC), a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD/LP). + Provisional licensure (PLPC, LMSW, or PLP) may be considered. + Applicants should have an interest in and/or experience with brief interventions, team-based care, a wide variety of psychiatric, substance abuse and behavioral medicine problems, and diverse populations.
