These duties include: **Operations & Patient Care:** + Manages day-to-day operations, assigns patient beds, and provides care to optimize resources and promotes community wellness. + Analyzes data to develop appropriate services and manages strategic planning to ensure program effectiveness. **Community Partnerships & Service Development:** + Partners with the community to recruit specialists and develop innovative, integrated models of care. + Maintains effective services and meets diverse community needs. **Quality & Compliance** : + Achieves clinical outcomes through high-quality care and a safe environment. + Oversees performance improvement, incorporates patient satisfaction feedback, and manages fiscal resources effectively. + Implements and monitors standards to ensure accreditation and compliance with regulations. **Community Engagement & Advocacy** : + Builds awareness and understanding of Mercy Behavioral Health services and community involvement. **Qualifications** License/Certification: + Current RN license issued by the State of Oregon required. Experience: + 5 years behavioral health operations experience with at least 1 year in an inpatient setting + 2 years supervisory experience. Education: + Master's Degree in Nursing required.
