Your Responsibilities

Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with state regulations and professional standards.Perform client care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, following care plans and policies.Support patients in achieving improved health outcomes through short home visits.Ensure compliance with agency standards for quality and safety.

What You Need to Succeed

Current LPN License (as required by the state).1+ year of experience in an acute care or equivalent setting.CPR Certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).A positive attitude and dedication to delivering quality patient care.Strong communication skills and reliable transportation.
