Located in the heart of Kansas City, Parker House is an 11-bed, unlocked IRTS (Intensive Residential Treatment Services) group home that serves clients. Minimum Requirements 1. Master’s or doctorate degree from an accredited program in social work, psychology, counseling, or any other related human services field approved by the State of Missouri. 2. Must be a Qualified Mental Health Provider (i.e. Social Worker, Licensed Counselor, OT, etc.) 3. Two years’ experience; one of which was working with the behavioral health population. 4. Must be licensed or licensable in the State of Missouri. Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and a willingness to work with multicultural staff and clientele. 5. Staff with a master’s degree in social work are required to have a minimum licensure of MO LMSW. (If LMSW hasn't been obtained, still apply as there may be a pathway forward.) 6. Staff must meet the requirements specified in the Fleet Driving Safety and Compliance Policy and must continue to meet these requirements as a condition of employment. 7.
