What You’ll Do as a Registered Nurse Behavioral Health:

Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.

Serve as the primary care provider for a caseload of patients, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and expertise.

Communicate significant findings to the care team and adjust care plans as needed.

Educate patients, families, and facility staff on behavioral health care and symptom management.

Provide support at the time of death and perform bereavement assessments.

What We’re Looking For:

Current, unrestricted RN license in the state.

1+ years of experience in a clinical care setting.

Willingness to travel within the Bellingham area (50% travel).

Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).

Experience in home health, hospice, or with Homecare HomeBase is a plus.
