Compensation Range:$104,868.00 - $130,268.00 Annual Along with our highly competitive base pay, we offer pay differentials based on education, clinical experience, certifications, and work in high need areas. In recognition of the unique challenges faced by healthcare professionals working in hard-to-staff areas, we offer incentives for RNs serving in qualifying areas. If your assignment is designated as a hard-to-staff area, you may be eligible for an additional quarterly bonus incentive, totaling up to $10k annually. Qualifications Licenses and Certifications: + Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State, required + NYS non-Driver photo ID card may be required Education: + Bachelor’s or Associates degree in nursing required, master’s degree in psychiatric nursing, preferred Work Experience: + Minimum of one year of recent inpatient, outpatient or home care psychiatric experience Valid driver's license or Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skill + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities + Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pay Range per Visit:If you are applying to the per diem per visit version of this job, the hiring range is as follows: $69.34- $110 per visit.
