Schedule

Part-Time | St. Cloud Hospital | Adolescent Mental Health Unit 48 hours every two weeks |12-hour days | 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.  Every other or every third weekend | Friday, Saturday, Sunday | Holiday rotation

Pay and Benefits

Starting pay begins at $18.11 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience Pay range:  $17.28 - $25.89 per hour Earn extra pay for working evening, night, and weekend shifts. Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.  2 years of college with courses in psychology, sociology, and/or social work preferred. Six months experience in nursing assistant or similar role preferred.  Must be able to effectively handle escalating behavior and utilize physical safety holds with aggressive patients. Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) training initial and on-going training provided.
