We are currently seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to support our clients and staff. The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is an integral part of our clients’ well-being and our daily operations. The BHT is the frontline support to our clients, going through every motion of the day with our clients. Hourly Rate: $12/hour (before shift differential)

Schedule: 3pm-11pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Complete the intake process with new clients into program
• Maintains client documentation
• Observe an document client self-administration of medication as applicable
• Coordination of client activities
• Follows objectives of treatment plans and client-specific needs
• Evaluates behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provides response including crisis intervention
• Maintains safe, clean, and orderly physical environment
• Assists with the dietary needs of clients
• Other duties as assigned

Education:

High School Diploma required
